Charles is a local Realtor and active investor. I structure these deals to benefit everyone involved as a real estate professional specializing in purchasing distressed and pretty real estate. Charles constructed an intensive turn-key investment system that makes it easier for first-time buyers and investors to succeed in the real estate industry by purchasing, fixing up, renting, and reselling the previously distressed properties as beautiful homes for the people they house. In addition to participating in individual SFRs, his team also actively buys, sells, and develops a good deal of large tapes of REOs and NPNs. He has extensive knowledge and experience in constructing and rehabbing single-family homes, trading NPNs, project management, sales, marketing, negotiation, and relationship management. His relationships with his clients and coworkers throughout his professional career before investing in real estate established a solid foundation for his communication and relationship management expertise.
